Two Ways To Have An Account With Us
When people look up how to create an account at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino, they usually mean one of two things. Either they want to join the casino gaming loyalty program, or they need a profile for hotel and resort bookings. These are completely separate systems. They do not sync in the background, and finishing one type of registration will not sign you up for the other.
Our property is located at 3777 Grey Eagle Drive SW in Calgary, on Tsuut’ina First Nation land at the southwest edge of the city. Both account types are tied to this same physical location. How you register, and where you start, depends on what you plan to do when you visit us.
Gaming Loyalty Account - In Person Only
The loyalty account for gaming can only be opened on-site. It is not offered online at all.
To enroll in the gaming loyalty and promotions program, you need to come into the building and speak with our team at Casino Guest Services or at the Slot Cage on the main floor. Bring valid government-issued photo identification with you. The minimum age is 18, and our staff are required to check and confirm that at the moment you sign up. We do not make exceptions and we do not bypass this step.
Once you are standing at the desk, the actual enrollment is usually quite fast. One of our team members will review your ID, enter your information into the loyalty system, then issue your player card and your account details right away. From that moment, your card tracks your play at slot machines and table games, and it is what unlocks offers that are reserved for members only.
It is worth keeping in mind: if your player card is lost or damaged, getting a new one again requires you to be here in person with acceptable ID. It is easier in the long run to keep the original card in a safe place in your wallet or bag.
Steps to Register On-Site
- Visit Grey Eagle Resort & Casino and make your way to Casino Guest Services on the main gaming floor, or to the Slot Cage.
- Present a valid government-issued photo ID that confirms you are at least 18.
- Our staff member checks your identification and inputs your details into the loyalty database.
- You are issued your player card and loyalty account number immediately.
- To turn on available promotions, including the $10 Free Slot Play Birthday offer, bring your player card plus your ID back to Guest Services or the Slot Cage.
- Use your card or account number when you play slots and table games so your activity is tracked for points and member-only offers.
Accepted identification formats include: a Canadian driver’s licence, a Canadian passport, a provincial or territorial photo ID card, a permanent resident card with photo, or a foreign passport if you are visiting from outside Canada. Expired ID is treated as invalid. If our team cannot verify your identity with current documents, your enrollment is put on hold until you return with valid identification.
Hotel and Resort Booking Profile
The account for hotel bookings works differently. This one can be set up fully online and does not require you to come in first. In practice, it tends to be the easier of the two.
You go to greyeagleresortandcasino.ca, open the hotel reservations section, and choose the dates you want. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. From there, you select a room type from the 4-star hotel’s available inventory. To hold the booking, we ask for your name, email address, and a Canadian phone number, then you complete payment in CAD.
Right after the booking is confirmed, a confirmation number is sent to your email. It is important to keep that email, or at least note down the code. You will be asked for it at check-in and you will need it if you decide to change or cancel your reservation.
Steps to Book Online
- Open greyeagleresortandcasino.ca using any modern browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Go to the hotel reservations section or follow the booking button from our homepage into the reservation engine.
- Select your desired check-in and check-out dates.
- Choose the room type that fits your stay.
- Enter the requested personal information: full name, email address, and a Canadian phone number.
- If the system offers you the option, create a password to turn this into a reusable booking profile, or continue as a guest and rely on the confirmation email.
- Check the booking summary, then submit your payment details in CAD to complete the reservation.
- Save or screenshot the confirmation number that is sent to your email account.
